Mr. Warnick is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Mr. Warnick received a BA magna cum laude from Brigham Young University and his JD from George Washington University with honors.
Over the past 43 years Mitch has held executive positions with companies such as E.F. Hutton, Allmerica Financial, Travelers Portfolio Group, Smith Barney, Morgan Stanley, Financial West Group and FourStar Wealth Advisors. Mr. Morrison was the past president of Financial West Group with over $4 billion in assets under management and over 100,000 investment accounts. Mitchell is the founder of Financial Literacy Project, a non-profit, tax-exempt organization dedicated to classroom instruction of high school and college students. He is also the author of four books which reflect his education and career. During the “cold war years,” Mitchell was employed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation stationed in Washington D.C. and New York City. He worked in the area of foreign counter intelligence and counter espionage. He also formed and operated “World Trade Center Miracles Foundation” and “Americas Ride” appearing on “Good Morning America”, ABC, CNN, NBC, and CBS. He has organized national fund-raising efforts for both 9/11 World Trade Center relief and Hurricane Katrina disaster relief. He is a graduate of University of Southern California, School of Journalism and George Washington University, Masters Forensic Science.
Joe works with investment firms, financial professionals and their clients and business executives to expand their financial management tools. He leads the National Account Management team’s efforts for the Bancorp Institutional Business. Joe has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Previously, he was a founding partner of m-Power Holdings, a start-up B2B2C next generation private-label wealth management lending platform to deliver planning based, total balance sheet solutions to affinity groups, RIA’s, financial professionals and their clients. Prior to that time, Joe built best-in class wealth management sales & lending operations for Merrill Lynch Credit Corporation and Charles Schwab Bank. He also served as National Sales Director at Schwab.
John is a strategic and performance-focused executive with over 33 years of experience. He is known for his ability to leverage global resources, capabilities, and relationships to increase revenue, cash flow, and profits. With a strong track record of defining mission and goals, John consistently exceeds expectations. He has a wealth of experience in finance, including a capital raise of $225 million senior secured notes and $100 million in SAFEs. John has also demonstrated significant cost savings, lean manufacturing, and technology start-ups. He has held various leadership positions in finance and accounting, including Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President for both public and privately held organizations.

Rod is passionate about training professionals to deliver what clients actually want, a plan that meets the financial needs of the family while preparing the family for the inevitable surprises that come with implementing an estate plan.

As the President of Quist, Shina Culberson brings over two
decades of financial and valuation experience to her leadership and guidance of
the firm. Known for her direct style and laser focus, Ms. Culberson specializes
in business and securities valuation engagements for corporate finance,
financial reporting and tax purposes.
Prior to joining Quist, Ms. Culberson was an Equity Analyst
for Cohen Independent Research Group where she provided security valuation and
investment recommendations on public companies in the biotech, high-tech, and
entertainment industries. Additionally, she served as a Director at Charles
Schwab Investment Management where she managed the International Credit
Research Team covering international financial institutions and emerging market
Asia and Latin America sovereign investments. The team covered over 50 debt
issuers and had oversight responsibility for approximately $32 billion in
portfolio holdings.
Over the course of Ms. Culberson’s successful career, she
has participated in hundreds of valuation engagements for public and privately
held companies in a number of industries including financial services,
biotechnology, software, hardware, oil and gas and entertainment.
Ms. Culberson graduated with a bachelor’s degree in
Economics from Claremont McKenna College, holds the CFA designation and is a
member of the Society of Analysts in Denver.

As the Director of Channel Sales for Quist Valuation, Ken
Bero brings over 25 years of sales, senior management, and direct operational
experience in his business development role for the Quist Insights valuation
and assessment Platform. Ken’s background in software, indirect channel sales,
start-up companies and senior management roles position him to expand the
market acceptance and use of Quist Insights.
Prior to joining Quist, Ken has held sales, sales management
as well as senior management roles in several high-tech companies. He brings extensive success and experience in
building both direct and indirect sales channels for enterprise SaaS and
software license products as well as Payroll and Compliance Services. He has managed in both start up and large
corporate organizations and has sales experience in multiple markets including
Business Intelligence, Human Capital and Workforce Management, Identity
Management, and Contingent Labor.
Ken graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Government from
Bates College and holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance
from Northeastern University.
